I am happy to share with you this wonderful coffee that I haven’t seen roasted like this elsewhere in the world. It’s rare to see a yemen, let alone a washed one. This one extracts wonderfully and requires a lot of rest.

Origin - Yemen - Mohka Haimi

Varietal - Heirloom

Process - Washed

Roast Date - 2026/9/2

Roast Level - Ultra Light

Roaster Notes - Apple Juice, Caramel, Melon

Mauna Ground Notes - Spiced Apple

Mauna Grounds Brewing Notes - this will require you to push the coffee more. hotter and more agitation.
