Hello from San Francisco!

I am happy to share with you this wonderful coffee that I haven’t seen roasted like this elsewhere in the world. This special reserve gave wonderful acidity structure and sweetness combination that’s hard to find. Like most ultralights, this will require a lot of rest before it can be brewed.

Mauna Ground Brewing Recommendation - If you brew before 6 weeks, you will need to push this coffee very hard to get to the delicate notes. Roaster recommends opening this on November 16
