I am happy to share with you this wonderful coffee that I haven’t seen roasted like this elsewhere in the world. This ultralight roast yemen will take some skill to brew, it has delicate flavors that require you to push the coffee very hard, especially before 6 weeks.

Roast Level - Ultra Light

Roaster Notes - Dwarven Ale, Elven Cider, Rustic Blankets

Mauna Ground Brewing Recommendation - If you brew before 6 weeks, you will need to push this coffee very hard to get to the delicate notes. Roaster recommends opening this on November 16
